Nucleolar subtypes
I'm interested in how colleagues approach the issue of sub-typing nucleolar patterns in line with ICAP system.

Dear All,
I'm sure we all aspire to the heights of expertise implied by the confident reporting of clumpy, punctate and homogeneous subtypes of nucleolar staining on HEp2/000. I'll confess that I might venture (on occasion) to write something for lab audit trail positing my opinion on the subtype, but I feel it may be both potentially misleading and also clinican-confusing to put it on report. Any thoughts or comments on your approach to this issue are welcomed
Regards Glenn
